Eloisa Bongalbal's Infidelity
1. Foreword
My wife, Eloisa Bongalbal, cheated on me. The affair, by Zachary Butchino's own account, started in October 2020 with a man named Zachary Butchino. I discovered the affair in 2023 and compiled the evidence at that time. I reflected on whether to take action, and I chose not to. I kept the matter to myself; only a few close friends on my side knew.
In my solace, I have moved on, successfully. I had no intention of ever organizing this material into a coherent, easy-to-follow record, because I had already moved past it. Current circumstances have forced me to do so — an innocent person is now having her name dragged into this — and so I am setting down, finally, what actually happened, and what Eloisa and this man did to me.
This document is my own statement. The exhibits attached are screenshots and photographs in my possession, preserved since 2023.
2. Summary — In Zachary Butchino's Own Words
The clearest, most direct summary of the affair comes not from me but from Zachary Butchino himself. The screenshots below were taken in July 2023 (file timestamp 2023-04-27 10:44 reflects the screenshot capture on Eloisa's device; the messages themselves were sent by Zach to me on Facebook and forwarded via Telegram). In them, Zach lays out, on his own initiative, the history of the affair, what he and Eloisa did, and what he says Eloisa was planning. I reproduce the text of those three messages below, verbatim, followed by the screenshots themselves.
"So I don't even know where to start, but Eloi fooled us a both. I am sure at this point you have talked to her but I wonder if she has told you the truth.
All of this started back in October of 2020. Our first kiss was on the running trail in bgc. We started dating in November and tried to spend as much time as we could together. I thought we truly fell in love with another. At least I did, I still do.
Even when I came back to New york we would spend hours on the phone video calling each other. She would even watch me sleep every night. We even had a sexual relationship during this time as well. She would lock the door in the office and we would video call one another.
Then she was suppose to come to the states and we were suppose to be together. The whole plan was for us to be together and stay with one another. But then immigration sent her back. So then we came up with a new plan, for her to take the nclex and become a nurse in New York. We where truly planning our life together. But the whole time she was telling me that you guys aren't good anymore. She told me that you guys are in the process of getting an annulment."

"She told me from the very beginning she never loved you. It was just that she needed to get married before 30. Anyways when I arrived back in manila in March 2022 she basically lived with me since then. We did everything as girlfriend and boyfriend. We even called each other husband and wife. I bought her a bunch of dresses, shoes, under armour work out gear. So much stuff. I was constantly giving her money and even gave her brother 25k to help him with his house. I had even payed for her to take the nclex test but she failed it. So we were figuring out other ways to get her to new york so we could be together. But what's worse is just a couple of months ago she stopped taking her birth control because she was trying to have my baby. And if she is pregnant now I want to be a part of my babies life. I still love eloi despite everything that had happened.
There is a side of eloi that is a bit scary. I wasnt lying about her talking about having you killed for your life insurance policy. She actually just brought this up recently for the first time and has talked about it a few times already. I think it's a plan that maybe her older sister came up with who lived in the states. But basically one of the sisters helped her sign a life insurance policy? Worth 33 million? Eloi was basically saying that all you had to do was just have an accident and she will get all the money. And she said it would be easy because your always riding a scooter. Idk but you definitely need to be careful, this last month or so eloi has been a completely different person and I think its because of her older sister just coming back. And all of her sisters know about us as well. They have for a long time already. I guess eloi told you that I have hiv, I don't have hiv. She just said that because then you wouldn't suspect that we are having sex. She manipulated you and me both."

"And I am really sorry for all of this. I am just trying to tell you everything so you know. It's only fair. Honestly I wouldn't be telling you any of this but eloi threatened to have me killed by her brother, then made up a story and tried having me arrested. I literally saw her call her brother and talk to the head pnp and conspire against me. And then eloi was demanding that I give her 100k!!!! It was the most disgusting thing I have ever seen a person do.
If you have any questions or want to know more you can ask. I will be honest with you. After 2+yrs there is a lot. And I am sure now you can see the red flags. So if you want anything verified just ask."

3. How I Got the Evidence / Screenshots
It is important, before reading the timeline, to understand how this evidence came into my hands. I want to be clear: I was not actively seeking it. I did not break into anyone's accounts, hire an investigator, or set out to surveil my wife. The material fell into my lap.
The bulk of it came directly from Zachary Butchino himself. Zach sent it to me. He sent his own messages, his own screenshots, his own video, his own written account of the affair — see Exhibit A (the three-screenshot summary), Exhibits C, H, and I (his messages to me on Telegram, Messenger, and Gmail), and Exhibit J (the Viber video).
Over the months I observed a clear, repeating pattern. Whenever Zach and Eloisa were on good terms, I heard nothing from him. But whenever the two of them were "not ok" — fighting, falling out, on the outs with each other — Zach would turn around and reveal Eloisa to me, throwing her under the bus: forwarding her messages, sending screenshots from her phone, exposing details of their relationship, and writing me long confessions about what they had done. As soon as they reconciled, the messages would stop. When they fought again, more would arrive.
The remainder of the material came from two other sources. First, items I observed in my own home — the pills, pregnancy test kits, and other physical items in Exhibit K — which I photographed on May 1, 2023, when Eloisa moved her things back. Second, screenshots extracted from Eloisa's own Samsung S21 (the Telegram and Viber folders, and the clipboard contents pasted into Notepad that became Exhibit F).
I am laying this out plainly because the provenance matters: most of what follows in this document was volunteered to me by the other man in the affair, at moments when he was angry at my wife. The fact that it arrived this way, rather than through any effort on my part, is itself part of the record.
A note on authenticity
Every screenshot and photograph in this document is authentic and unaltered. I have not edited the images, cropped them in misleading ways, redrawn or fabricated any text, or generated anything synthetically. They are the original files as they were captured on the device that took them.
Anyone who wants to verify this can do so directly from the file metadata, which has been preserved alongside each file:
- The filenames themselves encode the timestamp the screenshot was taken — this is the most reliable date for any given file. For example,
Screenshot_20230427_104427_Telegram.jpgmeans the screenshot was captured on April 27, 2023 at 10:44:27 from the Telegram app. Files prefixed withphoto_,IMG-, orIMG_follow analogous conventions used by Telegram, Viber, and the Samsung camera app respectively. - Each file's operating-system metadata (Date Modified in particular) is intact and viewable in Finder, Windows Explorer, or via standard tools like
statorexiftool. Note that the OS "Date Modified" generally reflects when the file was last written — for many of these screenshots that date is in mid-2023, when they were transferred from the device or backed up, rather than the original capture moment. The filename timestamp is what corresponds to the actual screenshot event. - For photographs taken with the phone camera (Exhibit K, and the Eloisa-to-me Telegram captures in Exhibit C-2), the embedded EXIF data includes the original capture date, device model, and in some cases additional camera parameters — independent of the filename and OS dates.
The dates I cite throughout this document are drawn from these metadata fields, not from my own memory. If any date or claim seems inconsistent, the underlying file is right there in the folder and can be inspected directly.
4. Timeline of Events
December 2022 — An Anonymous Tip From a "Dummy" Facebook Account
In December 2022, a dummy Facebook account messaged me, telling me that my wife had already been cheating on me for two years. At the time I brushed it off — I trusted Eloisa, and the account was unidentifiable. I did not act on the warning.
I am still searching for the original conversation with the dummy account; the screenshot of that message will be added when I locate it. What I have preserved is the screenshot of the dummy account itself, and a separate screenshot showing Zach later attempting to cover up the tip by reassuring me.

April 2023 — Zachary Butchino Messages Me Directly; BGC Police Station Incident
In April 2023, Zachary Butchino messaged me directly for the first time. What was unfolding at that moment was a physical scuffle between Eloisa and Zach — they were at the BGC police station. I was completely confused. I did not understand how Eloisa was in that situation in the first place, what she described as being pushed onto a bed by Zach, or why the two of them were even alone together. My understanding at that point was that they were only acquaintances.
During this incident, Zach was messaging me on Messenger while Eloisa was messaging me on Telegram, at the same time, each giving me a very different framing of what had happened.
I had also trusted Eloisa too completely on a more basic point: she was not living with me at this time. She told me she was sleeping at her best friend Jen's house in Makati. That was a lie. In hindsight, there were signs as early as December 2022 that she was lying about where she was — see her Telegram screenshot of December 18, 2022 below.

Aftermath — Continued Contact, Threats, and Recantations
After the BGC police station incident, what followed was a struggle between the three of us. I was trying to get Eloisa back. Zach was also trying to get her back. In retrospect, I hate myself for doing this — I should have ended everything then and there.
Eloisa briefly came back home with me. It seemed, on the surface, that things between us were resolved. I had been convinced that she was furious with Zach and had cut contact. I was, again, betrayed: they remained in contact. The events below are not in strict chronological order.

Zach filed a formal complaint against Eloisa with Maxicare (her employer's healthcare provider context) and afterward recanted it. The Microsoft 365 and Gmail screenshots below document the filing, the recantation, and the surrounding correspondence.

In his summary (above), Zach referenced birth control pills. When Eloisa moved her things back home, the following items were among her belongings: birth control pills, performance-enhancing pills, pregnancy test kits, and items consistent with what Zach described.
